I debated on hosting it myself on my server here, but I've decided against that for obvious reasons I think. I have 2 hosts in mind at this time, GoDaddy and 1and1. But that list will most likely grow as I "shop" around. I am planning on using WordPress, mainly because it's what I'm used to. Again, subject to change without notice, but I'll notify you ;) Like everything else, I'm open to suggestions if you want to share. @Seamus - No problem. I'm really enjoying practicing meditation. I feel very in touch, and you have given me tons of information. The least I could do is comment. I guess I haven't really put this goal down on paper yet, but part of the "building it" was going to be promoting it. From what I've researched over the last few months, it kinda has to be done, and I'm ok with that. Check back (hopefully Wednesday) and I'll have this goal in written format on my blog. I'm not gonna lie, I have had visions of popularity dancing in my head. I'm not going to dwell on that though for fear of the possible failure bringing down my fun. I'm doing this as much for me, I think, as I am the next guy that reads it. My only word of wisdom would be not to rely on "if they build it they will come" - the truth is that rarely happens. You have to promote your blog quite relentlessly if you want to get readership up. It buggers me out to be honest but you gotta do what you gotta do. You never know, you might get lucky and one of those who just suddenly get really popular with minimal effort, why not?
