Reading other’s appreciation for their lives helps me remember what I should be thankful for. I make it a point to write down at least five things I am thankful for each day in the middle of the day and five to fifty more when I go to bed. Even it it’s something small like the heated seats in my car or the cup of tea I had when I got to work – being thankful makes all the difference in the world. .
