You are right to have concerns, but only so far as the Word tells us not to be unaware of the devil's schemes. The One in you is greater than the one in the world, and He will not let you be tempted beyond that which you are able. I've seen close family members go through exactly what you are describing. What the devil intends for evil, God always works for good for those who love Him and are called according to His purpose. Don't be afraid of it. As long as you confess your dependence on the Lord, it will always be greater than your past addiction. You are a new creature now. Stay close to Him and everything will be ok. Sinead Hey Scott

I’ve seen close family members go through exactly what you are describing. What the devil intends for evil, God always works for good for those who love Him and are called according to His purpose. It's going to be like a whole new you - not the old you because of all you've been through but a stronger man with an amazing testimony of God's faithfulness. Can't wait to read the next chapter.
